A little curiosity.A lot to discover.

Your school’s books, questions, class exams and conversations. One familiar place to keep learning.

ISP Library connects students and educators through a school-approved account. Find the right subject, return to your reading, complete assigned work and keep in touch with the people who teach you.

Everything your school day needs.

Less time finding the right place.
More time understanding what comes next.

Read. Return. Discover.

Your library is organised by subject and your account’s PYP, MYP or DP programme. Open an available book, save it for later and return to your reading workspace without searching through folders again.

Turn questions into understanding.

Educators use Question Bank to find questions by topic and prepare printed assessments or online exams. School access controls keep teaching answers and marking guidance with authorised staff.

Keep the conversation going.

School messages stay beside your learning tools. Profile photos help you recognise who is speaking, and unread indicators make it easier to notice a reply. The school decides which conversations your account can access.

A simple way to get started.

Your school sets the access.
You make the account your own.

  1. person1

    Request your account.

Choose Sign In, then Create account inside the portal. Enter your real details, school, role and programme. You can also begin with Google and complete the same registration form.

  2. verified2

    Let your school approve it.

An administrator checks your request. Roles and additional tools are granted by the school; registering alone does not open teaching resources or private student records.

  3. image3

    Make it recognisably you.

Complete your profile and add a clear photo. Adjust the circular crop to choose what others see. If you need a privacy or safeguarding exception, speak with your school first.

    Find your next step.

Explore your subjects and assigned work. The Platform Guide can walk you through the tools. You can skip the first introduction and open the guide again when you want help.

A clearer way to teach.

Start with a question from the bank, a saved task or an idea of your own. Add formatted text, images between paragraphs, audio recordings and supporting files. Save an exam as a draft and come back when it is ready.

Choose the subject, programme and class, set the opening time and duration, then publish the work to the intended students. The school’s primary administrator controls access to Courses and Exams.

  • Reuse a saved task without changing its original.
  • Choose a normal browser exam or a supported Safe Exam Browser exam.
  • Review work by student, programme, subject and class.
  • Release grades and comments together or separately.

Educational content, assessment choices and grades are managed by the school and its authorised staff.

Your work.
Your next chapter.

When a teacher assigns an exam, it appears in your account with its instructions and opening time. Before it starts, a countdown tells you when it becomes available. During the exam, a timer shows how much time remains.

Open supported PDF, image and audio attachments beside your questions. Resize the file panel to make space for your response. When the teacher allows it, use the simple calculator and choose the size that works for you.

After submitting, you receive confirmation that your work was sent. Your grade and teacher feedback appear only when the teacher releases them. An exam that requires Safe Exam Browser must be opened in that application; an ordinary browser cannot start it.

The secure application has its own device controls. Normal browser exams do not monitor other windows or tabs.

Made for your programme.

One platform. Access that follows your school account.

PYP

Primary Years Programme

A school-approved collection for the first steps of inquiry. Your administrator selects the programme associated with your account.

MYP

Middle Years Programme

Subject collections and assigned work in a familiar workspace, with account permissions managed by the school.

DP

Diploma Programme

Subject reading and, where authorised, question-based preparation and class assessments. Staff resources stay with approved staff.

Technology with
clear responsibilities.

Petra Kevic SIA provides the IT platform. Your school manages its learning materials, teaching decisions, account approval and educational records. We provide the tools and remain responsible for our own security and data-protection obligations.

Students, parents and staff use their own approved accounts. Respectful behaviour, truthful profile information and safe use of the platform protect the whole school community.

A few things
to know.

Can I use my existing account?

Yes. Sign in with your current username or account email and password. If Google has been linked to your account, you can use Google sign-in in the normal website. Your existing permissions remain managed by the school.

Does creating an account give me access immediately?

No. New registrations wait for school approval. You must then complete the required profile steps. Access to Question Bank, staff archives and Courses and Exams also depends on your role and the grants available to your account.

What is the difference between tasks, courses and exams?

A saved task is a reusable question. A course is an optional way for educators to organise exams. An exam is timed work assigned to a class. Teachers can create an exam directly without creating a course first.

Can parents use the platform?

Parents request a separate account under their own identity and choose the Parent role. They must not use a child’s password. Approval does not automatically grant access to the child’s messages, answers or grades; the school handles authorised access and records requests.

Are learning materials supplied by the technology provider?

The school and its authorised contributors select and supply educational materials. Petra Kevic SIA provides the technology. Contact your school about a book, question, file, copyright concern or teaching decision; it can escalate a technology or legal issue through its service agreement.

How do I get help or appeal a restriction?

Contact your school administrator first for approval, programme changes or access issues. You can appeal an account restriction within 30 calendar days of being notified. Your school administrator forwards unresolved technology issues to the provider through the contact route in the school agreement. Data-protection requests may also be sent to info@isplibrary.com.

A question?
Let’s make it clear.

For account approval, classroom work and access changes, your school administrator is the best starting point.

For enquiries about the technology or personal data, contact info@isplibrary.com.
